Asset Structuring
Large and complex wealth structures (several custodian banks, real estate, participations in non-listed companies, insurances, etc.) are structured so as to render account to the individual risk / performance profile. In addition to the static view (which includes the liabilities) we embrace also a dynamic optimization (cash flow management, rebalancing of asset classes and sizes).
Asset Consolidation and Reporting
Large bankable assets portfolios – mostly held at several banks - are consolidated periodically with non-bankable assets (real estate, participations, collection, etc) in an easy to read and understandable report. This report serves as the basis for periodic meetings, reviews and new decisions.
Direct Investments / Participations and Real Estate
Many of our clients invest regularly in both asset classes. In addition, they own art collections and are invested in special themes. Contrary to the classic bank and asset manager approach, Cottonfield covers such expanded advisory scope in conjunction with external specialists.
